2. What we collect

We do not collect payment details, gambling account details, identity documents or special category data. We never ask for them and you should never send them to us.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with processors who help us run the publication, each under a written contract that restricts them to our instructions:

Important: if you follow a link from our pages to a gambling operator, we do not transfer your personal data to them. Anything you subsequently provide is governed by that operator's own privacy policy.

5. International transfers

Data is stored in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area wherever possible. If a processor operates outside those areas, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to ensure equivalent protection.

6. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to: be informed; access a copy of your data; have inaccurate data corrected; request erasure; restrict processing; portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent at any time. Exercising any right is free and we respond within one calendar month.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

8. Security

Traffic is encrypted with TLS. Access to enquiry data is restricted to editorial staff who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication. Server logs are truncated and rotated. We review these measures at least annually. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through the contact form.

9. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
